As a golf club manufacturer we are unable to provide consumer purchase information without the consent of our valued authorized PING retailers. State Sales tax is calculated in accordance with the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Standard Ground and 2-Day shipping is available in the contiguous United States (including US P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses).

We’re sorry you’re not 100% satisfied with your product. You can make a return within 30 days of the order placement date, for a full refund on the value of the product plus taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All refunds will be made on the original form of payment. Product must be in new, unused, unaltered condition, in the original packaging with labels and tags attached. Yes, PING honors the service of our active-duty members and retirees by offering a military rebate program. Military rebate forms can be found at the PING authorized retailer from which your clubs were purchased.

At PING, we stand behind the workmanship and the materials involved in the manufacturing and production of our equipment and accessories. Our current policies protect your purchase from defect and are evaluated on an as needed basis. Due to the high volume of requests that we receive for free/complimentary products, the cost of honoring all such requests would be prohibitive.
